How You'll Work
Your location follows the engagement
Upsmart is remote-first, but not remote-only. Where you work is determined by what each engagement requires — not rotated on a weekly basis. You might work fully remotely for the life of a project, or you might be based at a client site for its duration. When in-person collaboration is needed, you'll work from one of our offices in the US or India. We set clear expectations at the start of every engagement so there are no surprises.
